H. C. Wingert was born in the Czech Republic and grew up in Germany. She earned a degree as Industrial Business Merchant in Germany and also obtained a Management Degree at Montclair State University in N. J.
She enjoyed a multi-faceted career as mother, in the administration field, in management and most recently as independet Professional.
She has written numerous articles, newsletters, poems and stories.
She presently volunteers her time at the nearby California Center of the Arts and has worked as Art Teacher with children of all ages.
She is listed in Marquis' Who's Who of American Women as well as Who's Who in the World.
Currently she resides with her husband in Southern California, where her grandchildren visit frequently.
